Your physician fills out an order form and faxes it to us via a secure system. Once we receive and review the order, our patient services manager contacts the physician if needed. We then swiftly initiate the pre-authorization process with your private insurance company. When pre-authorization is confirmed, we promptly inform you of the approval. It’s that easy! You can come in whenever it’s convenient for you.
